Parenting kids and teens can be one of the most demanding things we’ve ever had to do. Kids can both challenge us and delight us, frighten us or melt our hearts. When the parent-child dynamic gets out of whack, the relationship can become unsettled or oppositional and leave us wondering how to get things back on track again.
Take some time out on this Heartsync Parent Retreat to relax and reflect on parenting, connection and the relationship dynamic between you and your child.
Adrienne will lead participants in a series of presentations, exercises and dialogue that draw you to reflect on how you might reconnect with your child and regain a caring lead with them. Using the relational developmental approach of psychologist Gordon Neufeld, participants will gain insight into the underlying dynamics that can throw the parent-child dance out of sync. Expect to leave this retreat with new insight, new ideas and new hope for your family dynamic.
