Heartsync Parent Retreat

Parenting kids and teens can be one of the most demanding things we’ve ever done. Kids can challenge us, delight us, frighten us or simply melt our hearts. When the parent-child dynamic gets out of whack, the relationship can become chronically oppositional and leave us wondering how to get them back onside again.

Take some time out on this Heartsync Parent Retreat to relax and reflect on parenting, connection and the dynamic between you and your child.

Parent Consultant Adrienne Wood will lead participants in a series of presentations, exercises and dialogue that draw you to reflect on how you might reconnect with your child and regain a caring lead with them. Using the relational developmental approach of psychologist Gordon Neufeld, participants will gain insight into the underlying dynamics that can throw the parent-child dance out of sync.
